SUMMARY:March Full Moon Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Join me for a monthly virtual gathering to honor the full moon with a slow flow and restorative yoga practice. Our postures\, meditation\, and breath work will help balance the intense energy of the full moon\, and allow us the opportunity to bathe in the glow of the moon’s soma (cool\, nourishing light). You’ll come away feeling refreshed yet grounded\, and ready to release what no longer serves you in the present moment and spend the second half of the lunar cycle reflecting on the space you’ve made with that release—and whether you want to fill it or leave it be. \nAll levels of yoga experience are welcome. \nSuggested props: 2 blankets or large beach towels\, 2 yoga blocks\, 1 strap\, 2 pillows (or 1 bolster); eye pillow\, candles\, and other cozy accessories optional!
